Who Are We?

Our staff of professionals have over 70 years of combined experience and expertise in all aspects of HR with large corporations: Two of our staff have been certified in Human Resources for over 15 years each. Jim Ingle, SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and Lora Saffer (Professional in Human Resources).

Jim Ingle, SPHR, is the Owner and Founder of HR Professional Solutions, LLC. After many years of experience in human resource management positions with larger organizations, Jim realized his dream of managing his own business in 2005. A lifelong resident of southwest MO, Jim is well known in the area and highly regarded as an expert in the field of Human Resource Management. He has assembled a team with professional HR experience.

HR Manager– Lora Saffer, PHR, PMP
With over 20 years experience, Lora has wide-range expertise in all HR functions, Safety/Loss Control, Workers’ Compensation and Project Management. Her background includes work with large corporations, service organizations and small businesses.

Benefits Administration – Michele Day
Michele Day has worked with organizations ranging in size from local small businesses to large corporations. Because of her broad experience in benefit administration she is able to assist your employees with their questions and issues, so their benefit plans really feel beneficial.

Payroll Administration – Alice Heim
Alice Heim manages all types of payroll in a highly professional and confidential manner. Large or small, from hourly payroll to the complexities of commissions and performance based compensation, Alice will make sure your employees are paid accurately and on time.
